1. Trade Account Eligibility
Trade pricing is available exclusively to approved business customers, including interior designers, decorators, architects, property developers, hospitality businesses and other approved trade professionals.
The company reserves the right to approve or decline any trade account application.
The company reserves the right to withdraw trade status if the account is inactive for six consecutive months or if the customer breaches these Terms and Conditions.
2. Trade Pricing
Approved trade customers will receive a 5% discount on the recommended retail price, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The discount applies only to eligible products and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
3. Minimum Order Value
No minimum order value applies unless otherwise specified for selected products or collections.
4. Free Delivery
Free delivery is available within South Africa on all trade orders valued at R2,000 or more, including VAT and calculated before the trade discount is applied. However, certain remote or outlying destinations, including but not limited to game lodges, reserves, farms, rural properties and other non-standard courier areas, may attract an additional freight charge.
Orders below R2,000 will incur the standard delivery charge.
Where an additional freight charge applies, we will advise the customer of the cost and obtain their approval before processing the shipment.
5. Ordering
Orders may be placed through the online trade portal or other approved sales channels.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance until the order has been confirmed by the company.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before dispatch.
Large or custom orders may require a deposit before production or procurement begins.
7. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Quoted prices remain valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
The company reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
8. Stock Availability
While every effort is made to maintain stock levels, products may occasionally become unavailable.
If an item is out of stock, customers will be advised of the estimated lead time or offered an alternative, where possible.
9. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
The company cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays or other events beyond its reasonable control.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
10. Inspection of Goods
Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages, damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
11. Returns
Returns are accepted only with prior approval.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Custom-made, clearance and special-order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
12. Damaged or Faulty Products
Products found to be defective due to manufacturing faults will be repaired, replaced or credited in accordance with applicable consumer and commercial legislation.
Photographs and supporting information may be requested before a claim is approved.
13. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of the goods remains with the company until full payment has been received.
14. Intellectual Property
All product images, branding, catalogues and marketing materials remain the property of the company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
15. Trade Use Only
Trade pricing is intended solely for approved business purchases and may not be used to purchase products for resale.
Products purchased through a trade account may not be resold through online marketplaces, third-party platforms, online stores, brick-and-mortar stores or any other retail sales channel.
16. Limitation of Liability
The company’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the affected goods, or a refund of the purchase price, subject to applicable law.
17. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will apply to all future orders.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
