Standard Delivery
R200.00 anywhere in SA (FREE on orders over R2000.00) 5-7 working days
- Your order will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
- Delivery will be made between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your unique tracking number.
*may vary for outlying areas, during SALES or in peak season.
If you miss your delivery 3 times, your parcel will be returned to the warehouse for a refund or an online voucher.
Peak Season
During peak promotional periods, which are 25 November to 31 December, your order will be delivered in 7-10 working days.
All orders needing to be delivered before the 25th of December must be placed by the 15th of December.
Delivery Times & Liability
Estimated lead times and delivery dates displayed on our website, in your order confirmation, or in any communication from us are indicative only and are not guaranteed. They do not form part of the contract between you and us.
While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes shown, delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including (without limitation) courier delays, stock availability, payment verification, weather, or other events of force majeure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from any delay in delivery or failure to deliver by an estimated date. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any costs incurred as a result of the delay.
Your sole remedy in the event of a significant delay is to cancel the affected order (where it has not yet been dispatched) and receive a refund of the amounts paid for that order.
Returns
Goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided you meet the below requirements, while any items bought on SALE may only be returned within 14 days of purchase.
You may return any unwanted product to us, provided it:
- is undamaged,
- is unused,
- in its original packaging, and
- is accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
We reserve the right to reject returns of products that are not returned in accordance with this policy procedure. We may request that you pay delivery charges to return such goods to you.
Items marked as “SALE” will be refunded or exchanged for the value of the sale price paid.
For credit card and EFT refunds, different banking institutions have different lead times and can take 3-13 working days to reflect in your account.
Log an Exchange or Return request online.
- 1. Go to the Return & Exchange Portal
- Log in at https://noha.co.za/a/service
- Enter your email address and your order number.
- 2. Submit your return
- Select the item/s you wish to return and give a reason for your return.
- We will notify you within 24 hours if your return request is eligible.
- If approved, you will also receive your Return Merchandise Authorisation number and shipping guidelines.
- 3. Finalising your return
- Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected.
- When the return is approved, we will refund you or exchange the item, depending on the nature of the return.
